Shipping & Returns
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Orders that include items on pre-order status will be shipped together once all items are available. To expedite shipping of individual items, we suggest you to keep pre-order items as a seperate transaction. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact your nearest USPS or police station for further help on these matters.
Due to the deteriorative nature of electronic cigarette mods and e-liquids, we have a strict NO REFUND policy therefore all sales are final. If the product that you received is defective/dead upon arrival, you may be eligible for an exchange.
You have up to 7 days after receiving a defective item to contact us via email. Once we determine that the item is indeed defective, you will be asked to send it back in its original packaging with all tags/accessories attached, and provide us with a valid tracking number. We will send a replacement upon receiving the defective item. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges based on the condition of the item. When sending back an item for exchange, please provide a note with your order number and reason for the exchange.
For products not on pre-order, you may cancel at anytime if the product has not yet been shipped. The shipping time may vary between products. For pre-order products, you have up to 14 days to cancel the purchase for a full refund. If it is passed the 14 day mark, you will either have to wait for the product OR we can issue you store credit for the purchase amount.
